Terms of Use for MeetMomentum

Welcome to MeetMomentum,these Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MeetMomentum scheduling assistant app. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference.

1. Service Overview

   
   MeetMomentum is a subscription-based scheduling assistant that uses Google Authentication for login purposes and Stripe for processing subscription payments. The app is designed to facilitate global scheduling directly through your browser storing minimal personal data on our servers.

2. User Accounts

   
   When you create an account with MeetMomentum, you must provide us information that is accurate and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Subscription and Billing

   1. a. Subscription fees for our services are billed on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.
   2. b. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide Stripe with valid and updated credit card information and expressly authorize us to charge such credit card for all purchased subscriptions and additional charges you may incur.

4. Cancellation and Termination

   
   You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account or subscription. You can cancel your account at any time through our website (Click on your avatar and then select 'Manage Subscription') or by contacting our support team. If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid-up subscription period, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. Your canceled subscription may remain functional until it's original expiry at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

   
   All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Service, is the property of MeetMomentum or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

   
   MeetMomentum does not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from MeetMomentum or through the service, will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

7. Limitation of Liability

   
   In no event will MeetMomentum, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

   
   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

   
   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
